Alles ist absolut sauber und funktional.
Die Terrasse mit elektrischer Markise ist sehr groß und mit Blick auf das Meer einfach perfekt.

Leider gehört kein Tiefgaragen Platz zur Wohnung, parken also am öffentlichen Parkplatz vor dem Haus.
Die Terrassentüre lässt sich nicht von außen schließen, auch ist kein Griff zum Zuziehen vorhanden.
